What we do with it
We use your email to send you four emails about that week’s chat. We use timezone to help match you with one other person. We do not share your data with anyone.
Payments
Payments go through Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles that.
The chats
Chats happen on Zoom. Recording is off by default. We do not record or transcribe chats.
Deletion
Want your record deleted? Reply to any of our emails or write to hi@takeitslow.life and we’ll remove it within 7 days.
